At Ninnwe, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. To ensure transparency, below are the details regarding our shipping process, rates, and expected delivery timelines.

Ninnwe shipping charges are based on order total weight.

1. Shipping Rates & Options:

We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs:

Standard Shipping: [Range from $3.99 to $14.99 Based on order weight]

  • US Products - Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
  • Overseas Products - Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.


Express Shipping: [Up to $30.00 Based on order weight]

  • US Products - Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
  • Overseas Products - Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping based on order size, which is $75.00 or more. Also, we offer free shipping on some of the products based on product sale status.

Shipping rates may vary based on the destination, order size, and selected shipping method.

2. Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders placed after 3 PM (Central Time Zone) will be processed the following business day.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details.


Note: During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may take longer, but we will always notify you if there are any significant delays.

3. Shipping Locations:

We currently ship within United States only, but we are planning to expand our shipping services to other countries in near future.

Domestic Shipping: Expect delivery as following:

  • US Products - Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
  • Overseas Products - Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.


If your country is not listed above, feel free to contact us at customerservice@ninnwe.com to explore alternative shipping arrangements (If Possible).

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor the shipment’s progress from dispatch to delivery.

To track your order, click on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website.


5. Estimated Delivery Times:

Domestic Orders:

Standard shipping typically takes:

  • US Products - Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
  • Overseas Products - Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.

Express shipping typically takes:

  • US Products - Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
  • Overseas Products - Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days.


Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are subject to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or weather-related disruptions.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders):

As we mentioned above in # 3, currently we only ship within United States, but you are more than welcome to contact us to explore alternative for international shipping. We will try our best to help (If possible).

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

These fees are not included in the shipping charges and will vary depending on your country’s regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

If a package is refused due to refusal to pay customs fees, we reserve the right to charge a return shipping fee and a restocking fee of 20%.


7. Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs hold-ups).

If you experience significant delays in receiving your order, please contact us at [customer service email], and we will do our best to assist you in tracking or expediting your shipment.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being handed over to the shipping carrier.

However, if you encounter any issues with a lost, Stolen, or damaged package, please contact us within 7 days of the missing delivery date at customerservice@ninnwe.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, file a claim.

If your package arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence of the damage when you reach out to our customer support team.


9. Undeliverable or Incorrect Shipping Address:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

If you realize you've entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at customerservice@ninnwe.com. We will do our best to correct the shipping address before the package is dispatched.


10. Special Instructions:

If you have any specific shipping requests (e.g., signature required on delivery, preferred carrier), please add these notes during checkout or contact our customer service team at customerservice@ninnwe.com before placing your order.
